Nashwauk Public Utility Commissioners serve 3-year terms. The Nashwauk Public Utilities Commission meets on the 3^rd Tuesday of each month at 1:00 p.m.

Planning & Zoning Commissioners serve 3-year terms. The Planning/Zoning Commission meets on the 1^st and 3^rd Wednesday of each month at 9:30 a.m.

The City of Nashwauk Planning & Zoning Commission has 2 immediate openings for members. Applicants would fill the remainder of terms that expire 12-31-2024.

The Planning & Zoning Commission is responsible for ensuring zoning permit requests are in compliance with Nashwauk’s zoning ordinances, as well as occasionally holding public hearings for variance and rezoning requests, and other duties as assigned within the ordinances. The Commission meets on the 1^st and 3^rd Wednesday of each month at 9:30 a.m.; however, the membership may make changes to their meeting dates and times.

The Police Commission is a board of three members who each serve a 3-year term. The Police Commission has an annual meeting in January and from there meets as needed.

The Recreation Commitee has no set schedule and meets as needed.
